Article Processing Charge
All articles published in the International Scientific Technical and Economic Research (ISTAER) are released in Gold Open Access format.
Standard APC (from 2027 onward): USD $200 per accepted article.
Waiver period: No fees will be charged for all submissions received before 31 December 2026.
The journal formally pledges not to charge any submission or page fees, and there is no page limit for manuscripts.
