Digital Intelligence Press Welcomes a New Member: Journal of Discovery Core
We are delighted to announce that Digital Intelligence Press is launching a new journal, the Journal of Discovery Core (JDC), launched in Q2 2026.
JDC operates under our strict double blind peer review and open access policy, ensuring that all published research is immediately and freely available to readers worldwide while maintaining the highest standards of author and reviewer anonymity.
Editor in Chief
The journal is led by Dr. Yinlong Liu, an accomplished Assistant Professor and Master Supervisor at the City University of Macau (Taipa), Macao, China.
Dr. Liu holds a Ph.D. and brings extensive research expertise in cutting edge interdisciplinary fields. His technical proficiency spans global optimization algorithms, robotics and artificial intelligence, and geometric vision, areas that form the core of modern computational discovery.
With a strong background in both theoretical and applied research, Dr. Liu has demonstrated excellence in academic leadership and research supervision. His administrative and management capabilities ensure that the Journal of Discovery Core will maintain rigorous editorial standards and efficient publication workflows.
Aims and Scope
The Journal of Discovery Core invites research papers that push the boundaries of discovery in:
Global optimization algorithms, including novel metaheuristics, mathematical programming, and hybrid approaches
Robotics and artificial intelligence, including autonomous systems, learning based control, and human robot interaction
Geometric vision, including 3D reconstruction, visual SLAM, shape analysis, and camera geometry
Additional interdisciplinary topics bridging computation, cognition, and engineering will also be considered.
Key Journal Policies
