We are delighted to announce that Digital Intelligence Press is launching a new journal, the Journal of Digital Frontier (JDF), launched in Q2 2026.

JDF operates under our strict double blind peer review and open access policy, ensuring that all published research is immediately and freely available to readers worldwide while maintaining the highest standards of author and reviewer anonymity.

Editor-in-Chief
The journal is led by Professor Bin Zhang, Chairman, Professor level Senior Engineer, Doctoral Supervisor, and Director.

Professor Zhang serves as Head and Chief Expert of the Intelligent Perception and Decision Consulting Expert Group at the China Society of Image and Graphics, China. He brings extensive research expertise in cutting edge digital and intelligent technologies. His technical proficiency spans artificial intelligence, object detection, medical image analysis, brain inspired computing, spatial intelligence, and AI powered intelligent detection equipment.

With a strong background in both theoretical research and applied engineering, Professor Zhang has demonstrated excellence in academic leadership and technological innovation. His expertise ensures that the Journal of Digital Frontier will maintain rigorous editorial standards and publish impactful research at the forefront of digital transformation.

Aims and Scope
The Journal of Digital Frontier invites research papers that push the boundaries of digital innovation in:

Artificial intelligence, including machine learning, deep learning, and intelligent systems

Object detection, including real time recognition, tracking, and scene understanding

Medical image analysis, including diagnostic imaging, segmentation, and computer aided diagnosis

Brain inspired computing, including neuromorphic algorithms and cognitive architectures

Spatial intelligence, including geospatial analysis, mapping, and location based reasoning

AI powered intelligent detection equipment, including smart sensors and automated inspection systems

Additional interdisciplinary topics bridging digital technology and real world applications will also be considered.
